NAI Keystone Commercial & Industrial’s Bryan Cole and John Buccinno handled the sale of the Cross Keys Office/Retail Center in Reading PA. The site was a 21,000 sf. building with a mix of office and retail tenants.
The property is located just off Rt. 61 & Rt. 222 in Reading. Bryan was hired in the 2nd quarter of 2012 to assist in selling the asset along with 20,000 sf. in Flex Buildings and 5 Acres of prime retail ground.
The center was sold for $1,135,000.00 to a local investor and was represented by Justin Stamm of NAI Keystone Commercial & Industrial, LLC.

Who is Bryan Cole:
