NAI worked closely with Quest’s representatives to assist in reducing their rental rate by more than $5.00 per square foot along with obtaining 4 months of free rent. Quest hired Bryan to find a suitable location for the Laboratory and administrative offices for the Berks County market. After thorough analysis of the market, comparing all sites in detail, Quest settled on their location along State Hill Road.
