NAI Keystone Assists Iconic Family-Owned Restaurant Property to Find New Ownership

PORT CLINTON, PA – March 27, 2025 – For fifty years, the 3C’s Family Restaurant on Route 61 in Port Clinton has served locals and visitors. Located near the Berks-Schuylkill County border, situated between the Little Schuylkill River along major highway Rt. 61 and just a few miles from Interstate 78, 3C’s Family Restaurant is seeking new ownership as the retiring owners, David and Diane Crouse, plan their retirement and offer this legacy location for sale.  NAI Keystone is proud to assist the 3C’s Family Restaurant in finding the next generation of owners to bolster new traditions in this location for the next fifty years.

3C’s Family Restaurant opened their current location in 1978, after operating from their original location that opened in Tremont in 1974. What began as a family restaurant serving lunch and dinner in the early 1970’s evolved with the addition of more than fifty breakfast options to offer locals and travelers. Over the years, the interior of the timeless roadside location was renovated, with a back deck addition and the capacity for a full-service bar. An R-Liquor license with a separate Sunday Sales (SS) Permit is offered with the sale.

After decades of success and retirement in sight, NAI Keystone is helping the restaurant owners shift from one dream to the next, in finding new ownership for this established restaurant space, and ensuring that the next chapter is as successful as its storied past.
