NAI Keystone Announces Sale of 247 Pattersonville Road in Ringtown, PA

Ringtown, Pennsylvania — NAI Keystone is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of 247 Pattersonville Road, a significant industrial property located in Ringtown, Pennsylvania. The site includes the former home of the Tri-State Envelope Company and represents a substantial industrial footprint in Schuylkill County.

The property totals approximately 118,000 square feet of manufacturing and industrial space across two buildings, situated on 19.7 acres. Building 1, constructed in the 1950s, offers approximately 70,000 square feet, while Building 2, built in the mid-1990s, provides an additional 48,500 square feet. Together, the buildings offer versatile space well suited for warehousing, manufacturing, and other industrial uses.

The transaction was completed with Brian McCahon, John Buccinno, and Kyle McKechnie of NAI Keystone, who represented the Seller in the sale.
