Background & Experience

With roots tracing back to Philadelphia, Richard has embraced Berks County as his home since 1997. As a first-generation West Indian American, Richard’s parents instilled in values that have shaped his journey: a strong sense of family, the importance of hard work, thinking outside the box, and fostering an entrepreneurial spirit. Embodying these principles, Richard took the leap and established R&R Royal Cleaning in 2010, his own commercial cleaning venture. Fueled by his entrepreneurial drive, he soon expanded into real estate investing in 2011, diversifying his portfolio.
