NAI Keystone’s Bryan Cole and Scott Bradbury of US Realty partnered to handle the sale of 2620 Westview Drive in Wyomissing. The building was owned by Barbara Arner of Wyomissing and purchased by Tristar Productions of Reading.

The Class A facility which is 9,750 sf. and situated just off State Hill Road and Keiser Blvd was purchased for $1,800,000.00.

The building was formally occupied by Pennside Partners who moved due to its need to reduce its foot print. Tristar Productions plans on utilizing the facility as back office and administrative services.

The building was in excellent condition and was both well located and architecturally compelling.
